About Me
"Matlock" was my favorite show growing up. I loved his ability to ask the right questions, find the clues that everyone else passed by, and his reliable love of hotdogs. Every episode culminated in a dramatic reveal as Matlock exposed the real killer and then drove off in his Ford Crown Victoria just in time for a reasonably timed dinner.
I never became a litigator like Matlock, but I do love finding the smoking gun, only this time it is for the web. My passion is pushing change in digital spaces to help users better access the web. I help organizations sift out the problems, identify solutions, and communicate the complicated plainly to stakeholders.
I've worn a lot of hats in my career - writer, researcher, editor, social media manager, spokesman- and I have a unique ability to tackle digital strategy problems from all angles, including organizationally, through workflow, and content strategy. My mantra is: Nothing changes if nothing changes.
